We know that the Model Y Standard Range variant is the Y6LR(B/P)Zb3s5T3.

Y6LR is the CATL 60kWh battery
##PZ## engine is the 3D6 (255kW for MY, 239kW for M3)
##BZ## engine is the 3D7 (220kW for MY, 208kW for M3)
MY SR does 0-100 in 5.6sec:
Therefore, M3 E6LR with 3D6 should be able to do 0-100 in 5.6sec too, with 238kg less, and M3 E6LR with 3D7 should do 0-100 in 6.1sec.
It gets even worse for MY LR and its 378kW of total power (12 kW more than M3LR at 366kW):
MY has 12kW more power but does the 0-100 in 5.0s when M3 LR does it quicker in 4.4s:
