The 19" Razor in the original Tesla sizes as stated on the CoC papers have been cast last week.
Sizes:
19x9.5" Front, 19x10.5" Rear
offset: +40 Front, +45 Rear
Therefore they are legal to get an ECE permission, requiring only a lasered marking in one hole.
Plus You can take the 19" rubber and TPMS sensors from Your car, should this be the Tesla delivery setup.
The truck from Italy most definitely arrives in Week9, aka. first week of MARCH.
