PS:Wie funtioniert das Ding eigentlich ohne die „Tesla-Schuhschachtel“ im Kabel?
Das, was die Schuhschachtel macht, steckt in der Typ 2 Ladesäule: Pilotsignal Generierung und Saft frei schalten.

The cable is an „official“ Mennekes type 2-to-Roadster cable, like sold by Tesla Motors for about €1250,-
You don’t need any specific other hardware to use it to connect the Roadster to a public charger.
It allows you to charge at 32A/240V.

Das Kabel ist ein „offizielles“ Mennekes Typ-2-auf-Roadster Kabel, wie es von Tesla Motors für rund €1.250 verkauft wird. Man benötigt keine spezielle Zusatzhardware, um den Roadster damit an einer öffentlichen Ladestation aufzuladen. Das Kabel erlaubt ein Laden mit 32A/240V.
