EV infrastructure study and deployment project for multi-standard fast chargers by the European Union’s CEF/TEN-T initiatives. In four studies and a roll-out of 307 devices, the project will test and adjust or validate mass-market scenarios for the roll-out of EV charging equipment for inter-city transportation and long-range EV adoption.
A total number of 307 multi-standard-fast chargers in four Countries, covering more than 20,000 km of major roads in Belgium, Germany, Czech Republic and Slovakia, will provide a significant amount of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. … By the end of 2017, the fast-E network will be completed.
