i already paid 20.000 Euros and purchased the car with a 3 year finance of rest payment 42.000 Euros . We wanted two purchase 2 Tesla Y model as i mentioned below and cancelled one of them after we recognize the incompetence service level and other problems after the order . We tried to reach Tesla in this period ( 2 weeks before ) about this problems . They are always reachable per phone but all this people which you can reach can not do anything or help you with any issues .They also recomend you to send an email . They also tell that they do not have a possibility to reach anybody from the management ! This is ridicilious,
Let me explain you again my point of view except all other problems in the last 2 weeks :
We cancelled one of the cars because of the terrible service. The one which we cancelled was from my daughter but i decided to keep mine. They had several delays and misscommunication after my payment . All this communication is recorded so i will be happy to supply tesla with this information .
They first confirmed me to pick the TEsla in Koblenz on 25.04 ( i live in Rodenkirchen - Köln ) and i still do not have a acceptable information why i have to drive more than 200 kms to pick up my car when Tesla Köln is directly next to me . Even Tesla Employees on the Phone is telling the same and do not understand this but as i mentioned before , None of the employees can not do aynthing to help . They can just forward your request .
They did not send the Registration papers on time because they were telling me that the credit confirmatioin did not arrive from Santander . I asked them kindly , why they asked me to make a transfer of 20.000 Euro immediately without having the confirmation . DO you think that somebody could answer this question ? NO ! I told them that i already have the confirmation from Santander and they asked me to take contact with santander . Santander bank was extremly proffesional and fast . They told me that they already sent the information to Tesla the same day as they sent it to me . I asked Tesla to find this document out . Do you think they could find it ? NO ! They asked me to send the document which i received from Santander and i send it out immediately . Do you think that somebody ever call you from TESLA for a confirmation of documents or write you back ? NO ! You always have to call them to solve all this documantation problems etc. They are not able to solve any of this problems .
I did not lose my hope and was happy to get an appointment on 29.04.2023 to pick up my car in KOblenz . By the way , in this period we sold my personal car RANGE ROVER HSE SPORT HYBRID to a car trader and asked him to wait till Saturday. Payment was already done on 20.04 . We asked this car trader to pick up the car on 30.04 from us in Köln .
Yesterday at 09.31 oclock , 29.04 .2023 , i received a call from TESLA KOBLENZ that my car can not be delivered because they can not complete the technical test of the car !!! The reason was because their technical service ( Werkstadt ) is closed on Saturdays . Can you imagine that ? My husband was so upset because he wanted to clear all this stuff with me before he fly away today and me too ofcourse. I asked this person from Tesla how it is possible to cancel an appointmen for my paid car 3 hourse before with the reason that WERKsdtadt is closed . Have you ever heard something like this in your life ? He told me that he is very sorry for that and he is only responsible to handle the car on Saturday and can not explain why this procedure was not done in the week. I asked him several times why they handle the car on Saturday when they can not do this necessary technical check in the same day . Do you think that he could answer this question ? NO !
Finally , i called Tesla 4 times hoping that i can reach somebody who is able to say something or help us . All 4 calls have the same result . All 4 people told me that even themselves are not able to reach anybody from management and they recommend me to send a complaint email . None of this person could understand why i have to pick up my car in Koblenz and not in Köln ! None of them could understand why my pick up appointment was cancelled 3 hours before i pick up the car . I have to say that everybody was kind , nice but they kindly say that there is nothing what they can do . They can not reach anybody from management or supervisor or team chef.
Do you think that this was the worst experience till this moment ? NO ! No body contacted me , nobody sent me an email back except a new pick up appointment on 30.MAY.2023 at 13.30 in KOBLENZ ! So they want to deliver my already paid car , insurance etc in 1 MOnth … We sold my car already and i sent them a copy of my Sale invoice .
This is a NIghtmare and i do not know how to stop this !
