All of our products are CE/FCC Certified. We ship all over the world and to Europe. It seems that German customs is the only customs, which requires additional manufacturing data, and data/instructions translated officially into the German language. For this reason, we have halted our orders to Germany, as after shipping them - we have been receiving notices that customs is sending them back to us, and not allowing them to pass through. While not all of the orders for the USB hub that we ship to Germany have had this issue, a few have, which is enough for us to pause them while we work with a customs clearance agent, and procure the required forms and translation into the German language.
For this reason, we can offer to keep your order as is, and ship it in 1.5 weeks, once the translations and forms are done, or we can cancel and refund your order.
Please let us know what you decide. This is not occuring with the wireless charger, but it is occuring with the USB Hub, and our team is working on getting this fixed asap.
